If u overindulge you may find the next meal to be less pleasing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Regulate your practice&lt;/strong&gt;. Create a pattern of the practice that you may maintain on a regular basis. It is better to practice 3 days per week for a year than to practice 6 days a week for one month and then nothing for another month. Stay regulated and the benefits will accrue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Create the Time to Practice.&lt;/strong&gt; There are many reasons we may find to avoid practice. It is up to us to make it priority n our day like brushing our teeth. It is better to practice a little than not to practice at all. Give yourself permission to do a minimal amount and u will find that u will generally end up practicing more. The hardest part of practice is getting to the front of the mat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hydrate!&lt;/strong&gt; It is important to drink plenty of water before and after practice but do not drink during practice. If u drink too much water just before practicing however you will find yourself running to the toilet in the middle of your session so time your water consumption with the that in mind. on 21st March 2007. The objectives of the event are to expose the yoga practice among the students and staffs and to let them know about the benefits of practicing yoga. It can be said that the event was successful, as many of those who participated were attracted and has enquired about our yoga classes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#999900;"&gt;I therefore, would like to convey my deepest gratitude to the &lt;strong&gt;HYPE committee&lt;/strong&gt; and &lt;strong&gt;working committee&lt;/strong&gt; of Yoga Exposure for making it a fantastic event. Allow a minimum of 2 hours after a meal before practicing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. It is best to drink water before and after class as water cools the body down. One of the purposes of asana practice is to generate cleansing inner heat, whereby this process is interrupted if water is taken in during the practice.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff6666;"&gt;3. Arriving late might lead to injury as each class is structured in a progressive manner and latecomers arrive without proper concentration. Please be punctual.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Please do not leave the studio while the class is in progress and it is not advisable to leave without relaxing down properly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Never hold your breath in a pose as a perfect asana is when you can maintain a graceful breathing rhythm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6. Value your own process more than any result. It is not about what you do but how you do it&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;7. Inform Ashley (your Yoga Instructor) of any relevant physical condition before the class so you might be advised of any relevant instructions. Asanas in which the pelvis is higher than the heart are advised against in cases of high-blood pressure or during menstruation.
