The YOGA classes for 1st trimester 08/09 will be conducted from week 2 to week 14 (total of 13 classes). The first yoga class for Monday's sessions is on 23/6/2008. The first yoga class for Wednesday's sessions is on 25/6/2008.
The details for the yoga classes would be as follow:
Monday
-6.00pm Intermediate
-7.00pm Beginner (FULL)
-8.00pm Beginner
Wednesday
- 6.00pm Beginner
- 7.00pm Intermediate (FULL)
- 8.00pm Yoga Class for MALE *NEW*
Payment : RM98 for whole trimester (RM91 for yoga fee, RM7 for HYPE's membership fee
Venue : For Monday's classes - FITCR2004
For Wednesday's classes - To be confirmed further
